About Bible Baptist Church
We are a Mission’s sent church with our members originating from Trinity Baptist Church in Calamvale, Brisbane, which is Independent. Trinity Baptist Church was established in 1973 by a dedicated Missionary who is still faithfully serving the Lord there. Over the past 30 years, they have been serving the Lord and the Community from their property at 2518 Beaudesert Rd, Calamvale. Bible Baptist Church Gatton members were privileged to be the first church authorized people to be sent out from Trinity Baptist Church. Bible Baptist Church was authorized and Organized on the 11th of June 2017 to fulfil the great commission that the Lord had given to His church. Bible Baptist Church is a family-friendly Baptist church that preaches and teaches the Word of God.
OUR PASTOR
Pastor Curtis Rothemund was saved through a Sunday School class at the age of 8. Then was baptized and became a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Pastor Curtis grew up at Trinity, served at Trinity, was ordained at Trinity and now sent out of Trinity. He was trained at Trinity Baptist Church by Pastor Ian Bonnick, Pastor Michael Leslie and also the founding Pastor, Marvin Nichols and other ordained men that God brought into the congregation. His ordination occurred on 31st of January 2016. Pastor Curtis is married to Kati and God has blessed them with 5 children.

S aved with a testimony of Salvation & Baptised into Church membership (Acts 2:41 & 47)
T wo Officers in the church –Pastor and Deacon (all members to be as a servant following Jesus’ example) (Phil 1:1)
S inging of Hymns and other spiritual songs as worship (Eph 5:19)
Where will you spend Eternity
Read the Following Scriptures to find out how you may know to spend Eternity in Heaven & your sins be forgiven
1. We must realise that we have sinned and cannot save ourselves. The Bible says: "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23 KJV) "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us" (Titus 3:5 KJV).
2.We must realise that Jesus Christ has already forgiven us. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16 KJV).
3.We must admit we are sinners and must repent of our sin. "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3 KJV)
4.We must then receive Him as our personal Saviour. "But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name" (John 1:12 KJV)
We must realise that our acceptance or refusal of this free salvation determines our Eternal Destiny. "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him" (John 3:36 KJV)
If you have been sincere with your whole heart in following the above, God's word declares that you are now saved.
